Between 3pm-8pm

Skills and Experience:

• Qualification: Bachelor of Music graduate majoring in violin or equivalent qualification

• Teaching Experience: 1 year teaching experience

• Pedagogy: Have done Pedagogy course, or willing to take pedagogy course / training before work commence.

• AMEB Exam: Have an excellent understanding of the exam preparation process, including individualized resources suitable for a range of students. Excellent student satisfaction on the examination process. 1-2 years of proven results from student exams. Willing to learn when work commences.

• Student Performance / Concerts: Need to have clear learning strategies in place and actively encourages and provides performance challenges and opportunities to students. Students are actively enjoying and participating in music performance. Help organising Music Creators student concerts.

• Communication (Students/Parents): Strong relationship with parents regarding student learning needs. Clear strategies and processes in place to ensure that parents are engaging with the learning process. The teacher regularly communicates (either by letter, or in-person) with parents to ensure that students are engaged in the learning process.

• Student Report: Able to provide student reports of a high standard and provide detailed feedback to parents/students. (Report templates, guide, and training will be provided)

• Punctuality: Always punctual, allows extra time for set-up and preparation. (10-15 mins prior the first student’s lesson)

• Administration: Assist in administrative tasks including lesson schedules arrangement.
