Enrolment Policy

  • Music Creators runs on 11 or 12 week terms, which may be slightly longer than Queensland State School terms.

  • Lessons may continue during school holiday periods. It’s the responsibility of parents and students to check our term dates before enrolling each term.

  • All term fees must be paid in full and in advance.

  • Fees are due no later than the last week of the previous term, or before the first lesson for new students. A $30 late fee applies to overdue payments.

  • Invoices for each term are usually sent out during the second-last week of the previous term, except for the first term of each school year.

  • If enrolment is cancelled before the end of a term, a $70 cancellation fee will apply to any eligible refund.

  • The administration fee is non-refundable, and any refunds will be adjusted if your original payment included a discount (e.g. Sunday Saver or Multiple Enrolment Discount).

  • Each term’s invoice includes a $10 Administration & Teaching Resources Levy, which helps cover the cost of: Teaching materials and equipment, maintenance of instruments and school facilities, stationery, photocopying, and printing, general administration support

Special Benefits

  • Multiple Enrolment Discount

    • A fixed $20.00 deduction will automatically apply to students across all three schools with multiple enrolments within the same family. This includes students learning multiple instruments and siblings studying at Music Creators.

    • This discount cannot be combined with other offers (to the exception of Referral Credits) and is limited to one per enrolment; separate instruments count as separate enrolments.

    • The discount has no set expiration; however, term fees must be paid on time for the enrolment to be confirmed.

    • The discount applies only to full-term invoices (11 or 12 weeks).

  • Referral Credits

    • Both referring student (current student) and the referred student (new student) will receive a $20.00 credit towards their next full term invoice. Read More

Note: Music Creators reserves the right to modify or cancel an offer at any time.
