Enrolment Policy

  • Music Creators have 12 Week or 11 Week Terms, which can be longer than the Queensland State School’s term and music lessons be conducted during school holiday period. It is student and parent’s responsibility to check the term dates prior to enrolling for the term.

  • All term fees must be paid in full for the term.

  • Fees are to be paid in advance for each term no later than the last week of the previous term (or before the first lesson for new enrollers), a late fee of $30 will apply to late payments. With the exception of the first term of each school year, invoices for each term are issued during the second last week of the term prior.

  • If tuition is cancelled prior to the end of a term, a $70.00 fixed cancellation fee will apply to possible refunds. The administration fee is strictly non-refundable. Refunds will be based on the original payment, and will be discounted if the payment included the early bird discount.

  • Each term’s invoice will include an $10 Administration Fee and Teaching Resources Levy. This is a flat rate to cover the cost associated with administration, extra teaching material, teaching equipment/musical equipment and their maintenance, stationery, photocopying and printing.

Special Benefits

  • Multiple Enrolment Discount

    • A fixed $20.00 deduction will automatically apply to students across all three schools with multiple enrolments within the same family. This includes students learning multiple instruments and siblings studying at Music Creators.

    • This discount cannot be combined with other offers (to the exception of Referral Credits) and is limited to one per enrolment; separate instruments count as separate enrolments.

    • The discount has no set expiration but requires term fees to be paid on time for enrolment confirmation.

  • Referral Credits

    • Both referring student (current student) and the referred student (new student) will receive a $20.00 credit towards their next full term invoice. Read More

Note: Music Creators reserves the right to modify or cancel an offer at any time.
